Refund Policy

1. Overview
Andrologix Health & Wellness ("Andrologix") is committed to fair, transparent billing. This policy explains when refunds are available for consultations, laboratory testing, medications, and treatment programs coordinated through our network of licensed physicians.
2. Consultations
Consultation fees are refundable in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
3. Laboratory Testing
Laboratory fees are refundable only if the order has not yet been submitted to the lab. Once your requisition is issued or specimens are collected, lab fees become non-refundable.
4. Prescriptions & Medications
For the safety of all patients, dispensed medications, injectables, peptides, and other prescription products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once shipped, in accordance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
5. Treatment Programs
If you enroll in a multi-month treatment program and choose to discontinue after starting, we will refund a pro-rated amount for services not yet rendered, minus consultation, laboratory, and dispensed medication costs already incurred.
6. Medical Ineligibility
If, after evaluation, the treating physician determines that therapy is not clinically indicated for you, any prepaid amounts for services not rendered will be refunded in full.
7. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to info@andrologix.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
